“The owners of property numbers 20/35, 22/02, 21/16, 23/15 and 23/16 in V Block have been booked for carrying out unauthorised construction in violation of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975,” Batth said.
“As per the FIR, the offenders have violated the norms by raising unauthorised construction and even raising the buildings on their properties to a non-permissible height without taking the structural stability aspect into consideration,” he added.
