News: Kanodia Group acquires 1.74-acre land in Gurugram for Rs 153 crore-17-04-2024

NEW DELHI: Kanodia Group has acquired 1.74-acre land parcel in Sector 46, Gurugram for approximately Rs 153 crore and plans to develop a luxury project. Gautam Kanodia, co-founder of the company said, "We plan to generate revenue in excess of Rs 1,000 crore from this project. The project is scheduled to be launched by the end of this year and is expected to be completed within 48 to 60 months."

The group plans to invest more than Rs 5,000 crore in the industry over the next 5-7 years and looks to expand its presence in Bihar, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
