News: Landmark Group plans to invest Rs 4,200 crore in residential and commercial projects-02-09-2024

NEW DELHI: Gurugrambased Landmark Group plans to invest Rs 4,200 crore to expand its portfolio in residential, retail, and commercial in the next two years.

The company’s plans to launch a group housing project along the Dwarka Expressway and a high-street project in New Gurugram. Both these projects are expected to be launched by the end of this year.

At present, the company has two ongoing projects in Gurugram. Landmark Avana, launched in 2023, in sector 95 is a DDJAY project. The company has incurred a revenue of Rs 700 crore from this project and it is scheduled to be delivered by 2028.

Its other under-construction project is Landmark Springhomes 81 located in sector 81 having 694 residential units and 33,000 sq ft of commercial space. It is scheduled to be delivered by December 2024.
